Scope

From schematic to assembled board

  1. 01

    Schematic

    Requirements, architecture, and component selection. The schematic is drawn for manufacture, not only for the bench.

  2. 02

    Layout

    PCB layout including RF, power distribution, and fine-pitch BGAs where the design requires it.

  3. 03

    Firmware and software

    Bring-up, drivers, and application software — a Linux image, a service, or a user interface as needed.

  4. 04

    Prototype

    A first assembled lot for bring-up and revision.

  5. 05

    Series production

    Assembly through Acme Systems. Prototype quantities through tens of thousands per month.

Manufacturing

Assembly

Boards are assembled under a production agreement with Acme Systems. SMT pick-and-place, vapour-phase reflow, through-hole, and test. Quantities from first prototypes to tens of thousands per month.
